Best answer:You can find it at several places listed below under Sources. In an internet search I found that Amazon.com said they had a used one for $110.52 but Dragon's Head Books lists theirs for $24.95. Good luck, you may even find some cheaper at the third source below. As far as I can tell, nobody list an author for it, only the publisher, International Masters. Powered by Yahoo!
