I've had a bottle of Sheridan's liquour in my refigerator for almost two years, and was wanting to know if it goes bad after a while (didn't know if there's dairy products in the white half of the bottle).

My sources say not two years: Storing, Handling and Spoilage of Liqueurs found on Tue Apr 08 2008 09:43:16 GMT-0400 (Eastern Daylight Time) There is a second class of liqueurs that bears some consideration - cream liqueurs and egg liqueurs. Despite alcohol's great disinfectant properties, every liqueur book I've ever read cautions people against trying to keep cream or egg liqueurs for more than a few weeks to a month, and then only in the refrigerator. I'm forced to make the same recommendation. Even with the alcohol, treat it like fresh milk or fresh eggs. If you would throw out milk that had been in your fridge for that long, you should throw out your liqueurs. So these should be made immediately before they are to be consumed. It is perhaps possible to keep cream liqueurs longer, but in order to experimentally determine how long they can last, I would be required to, on at least one occasion, consume spoiled cream or egg liqueur. And that I have no strong urge to do.

How long did it take for you to hear back from Sheridan College for a portfolio required program?

I've applied to Sheridan College for the BAA Photography program. They said we'd hear back by the end of the first or second week of March. The end of the second week of March is coming up and the Ontario Colleges website still says nothing and neither does the application status on AccessSheridan. Anyone in a portfolio required subject hear back yet (regardless of successful or not)? For what program? How long ago? Thanks.

I don't quite have the answer... I applied for their BAA Animation program and am eagerly anticipating my response as well. As the portfolios are conducted around the same date I'm also assuming we'll receive our score sheets around the same time. I wants to knowwww! I asked the same question on the www.conceptart.org forum. Someone responded with 'early April'. I'll repost again if I somehow receive my sheet this week and the application status is updated. :)

Is there a deadline to apply for osap at sheridan college?

I'm going to sheridan college in september and I haven't applied for osap yet as there is a problem with my dad's income tax. But I have paid the $300 down-payment for osap to defer my fees. I was wondering if there is a deadline to apply for osap or if I could choose to cancel the osap and pay by using the installments method? Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

The deadline for applying to OSAP is flexible. If you apply more than 45 days after the start of the program you will not be considered for funding for the first 6 or more weeks of school. You must apply at least 8 weeks before the END of your program to get any funding at all. Hving said that, you can apply at any time and I would apply now. Your application may be put on hold until your dad fixes his income tax but you may eventually get some funding. In the meantime you can pay by installments and then just pay the balance when the OSAP comes in, But if you already have enough to pay for school you might not be eligible for any OSAP funding

For regional or classic auditions you will generally need a Shakespeare and since there are so few comic monologue selections available in Shakespeare, you're better off picking a serious selection from Shakespeare and your classic comic seletion from something else. Sheridan's a good choice. Of course, you'll also need a serious and comic contemporary set.

22 for fur 177 for feathers no problem taking out pests at 15-20 meters. Because with small game with this limited power will require head shots I'd keep it to 10-15 meters. both excellent shooters, American made and a good deal.

Your best bet would be to contact Sheridan Tech directly. http://www.sheridantechnical.com/AboutSTC/RequestInformation/tabid/485/Default.aspx I'd also strongly urge you to speak with the registrar at Broward Community College to make sure that the credits from there will transfer. Another piece of advice I'd give is to speak directly with the instructor of the course you need. They usually have the authority to let you in the class even if the class was full. I did this several times myself in college when there was a class I needed or wanted.

York University or Sheridan College to study information technology?

Hello, i would like to know which one you recommend me to study IT. York takes 4 years plus internship and sheridan 3 years plus co-op.Im doubting about this decision. thank you guys

I'm a York University student, currently studying Information Technology. You should know a few things about the program. 1) York offers a BA (Bachelor of Art) and BAS (Bachelor of Administrative Studies) in Information Technology. Which one are you more interested in? The BA = more math, more programming. The BAS = easier math, more business-oriented. BA = http://www.yorku.ca/laps/futurestudents/display_program_details.asp?id=39 BAS = http://www.yorku.ca/laps/futurestudents/display_program_details.asp?id=88 You should discover which one you're more interested in first. 2) It is 4 years because you are obtaining an Honours Bachelors degree. If Sheridan's is only 3 years, that means it is a general degree, not an Honours one. The difference between an Honours degree and General degree is that an Honours one (besides it being an extra year) tells employers that you were able to maintain a good academic standing. 3) The co-op at York is called TIP (Technology Internship Program) and is, in no way, guaranteed to every student. You need to maintain a B+ average to apply for the TIP and you must be in 3rd or 4th year. It is most likely the same for Sheridan - its not guaranteed, you need the marks to get in. I hope that helps somehow. If you're fine with the general degree, go for Sheridan, since they offer a more hands-on degree. If you want the Honours degree, go for York. Both are actually good schools for IT. Hope that helps.

From Yorkdale to Brampton ? Not a easy trip at all. I'd suggest that you talk to the Go Transit system information office, to find out if they run a express bus to Brampton, along highway 401, and up hwy 10 to Brampton ? If not, I'd say look at another school, unless you can MOVE to Brampton ? With out a car, its a really tough trip to make, 5 days a week, especially in the winter, during a snow storm You coulld be on the bus for two hours , each way. Jim B. Toronto.
