Best answer:

Th Jungfraujoch is only reachable by train (or walking/climbing/helicopter/parachute). Take the Swiss Federal Railways train from Aeschi to Interlaken Ost. Then take a local train to Kleine Scheidegg. There you switch to a cog train for the trip up the mountain to the Jungfraujoch. Sorry, the second answer is correct and you have to take a bus from Aeschi to the train station in Herzogenbuchsee, then the train to Interlaken: http://fahrplan.sbb.ch/bin/query.exe/en?L=vs_travel The first website I looked at showed it all as a rail trip. Mr Who should get the "Best Answer".
