Pitztal has a very large vertical rise (6,529ft). As a guide, skiers will generally not be skiing top to bottom all day as the range is much too great. Most skiers would not even dream of skiing top to bottom without stopping. Pitztal has mostly beginner and intermediate runs so advanced and expert skiers may become a littled bored if they are feeling like a challenge. With only 13 trails, you will probably become familiar with the whole ski area quite quickly.
