Overview

Coiled around a plendid alpine lake, Champex-Lac is a small resor that offers full amenities. There are many hotels and chalets, as well as several shops and restaurants. Champex-Lac is situated on a small plateau between two valleys and has some magnificent views, as on the Grand Combin's Massif.

Champex-Lac has a quite a good vertical rise (2,297ft). As a guide, skiers will typically stop 3 or 4 times when skiing top to bottom.
