Heavenly has a large vertical rise (3,501ft). As a guide, skiers will generally not be skiing top to bottom all day as the range is too great. Skiers would typically stop a number of times when skiing top to bottom and only the fittest skiers would be able to ski top to bottom without stopping. Heavenly has mostly intermediate and advanced runs so beginners may find it a little challenging. With 91 trails, it will take quite some time to explore the entire ski area.
